I wanted to move near the beach. Mr. Cunha could have easily listened to my wishes and found me a home near this area. Instead he did what professionals should do which is to guide you towards a good derision, not an emotional one. Getting to work from the beach would be disastrous, especially during winter season. I never felt rushed and he was always available. So much so I felt guilty bothering him sometimes. We finally were able to find the perfect home. Another five star review for Craig Cunha! I have now used Craig for a total of five real estate transactions in SW Florida.
